Ready for the Week
Sunday. Not a slow Sunday not since months ago when we first began our weekly routine of cooking a full week's worth of lunch and dinner. Right now we have 4 full dinners, lunch for the full week and breakfast for tomorrow morning. I also sautéed about a dozen scotch bonnet peppers and another dozen of serrano peppers. So delicious, makes my mouth water.
We also now have a couple of estimates to consider for our remodeling and are beginning to feel anxious to get this whole thing started. Tomorrow, progress. Tonight, Evelyn Waugh, snacks and an early turn-in.
